Do you want to help us help our clients build robust, scalable organizations?

We are busy helping our clients build robust organizations and are looking for another skilled Business Psychologist to join our team in Lisbon.

At Ascent, we help companies build fair and robust organizations through organizational psychology expertise and sparring. This includes supervision, one-on-one executive coaching, transparent recruitment processes, courses, and training. Our clients span various industries, but they all have one thing in common: they are undergoing major organizational and cultural change processes. Our role is to help them navigate these changes in the best possible way.

We are a small consultancy consisting of business psychologists, entrepreneurs, and consultants, which means that we are still in the process of formulating all our internal processes and workflows – in other words, there is an excellent opportunity to take part in helping us formulate how organizational psychology can contribute to creating better and fairer organizations and workflows for our customers.

We are looking for an organizational psychologist with a particular focus on:

• Facilitating transparent recruitment processes, including scoping roles with leaders around the world, developing assessment criteria, and writing compelling job postings.
• Executive coaching and sparring with leaders at different organizational levels.
• Helping us articulate the value of organizational psychological interventions.

We are an ambitious small team that knows that organizational psychology has a lot to offer in terms of building fair and robust organizations, as well as promoting fair and transparent leadership. Founded in Copenhagen, we operate internationally, working with clients and partners across multiple markets. To support our global reach and expand our presence, we have decided to establish an office in Lisbon.
