Role Overview:
We are looking a Analyst Strategy & Governance Consultant to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry (Lisbon- Hybrid).
You will integrate a Data & Digital Hub which integrates other activities linked to Data Management, Data Protection and Digital Innovation. It makes this department a real end to end center of expertise on data, innovation and technology.
What you will do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders
What you are like:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
- Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role;
- Experience withproject management tools and methodologies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Organizational skills:
autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize the activities; - Ability to lead, engage and work transversally;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
