Are you passionate about online advertising and technology? Join a global team supporting advertisers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Advertisers Support representative, you will assist businesses in growing and optimizing their online presence.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite role); relocation and housing help is offered
Language Requirements: Fluent Turkish + Good English
Responsibilities

Provide technical B2B support to help clients sustain and expand their businesses

Assist with support requests related to online advertising platforms and services

Communicate with customers via email and chat, converting most into outbound calls for more personalized support

Use multiple tools simultaneously and manage tasks efficiently

Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service advertising products

Troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and guide users in using available features and tools

Identify trends and recurring issues affecting small and medium-sized businesses
Training Information

Duration: 15 working days

Schedule: 8 hours per day; start times may vary between 08:30 and 09:30.
Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)

Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday

One-month trial after signing the contract
