E2E Testing Lead

High-level description:
The E2E Testing Lead is responsible for leading the transversal testing stream to drive and manage E2E Process tests, including but not limited to testing planning across tribes, Loreal IT, and 3rd party vendors. This role coordinates and manages execution by working closely between the local team (NEO team, Zone/Local IT) and the Global team (testing workstream, tribes, and other workstreams) to achieve the North Asia MC/HK/TW rollout project timeline.

Detailed JD:
Drive strategic planning of testing with the frame from the NEO Core team:

1. Planning & change management
2. Dependency cross-party coordination & alignment
3. Support capacity planning (resource capacity plan for all parties involved in testing cycles to ensure resource availability and allocation)

Manage the execution of E2E Process tests:

1. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
2. Verify and support the right usage of project tools to manage testing activities
3. Support to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
4. Report and escalation
5. Defects & risk management

Technical Cutover Lead

The Technical Cutover Lead is responsible for driving the cutover preparation and execution phase by working closely with the global cutover team, business cutover champion, and zone and local application owner to ensure all Zone & local applications smoothly transition from the old environment to Neo.
Detailed JD:

1. Responsible for overall cutover preparation and execution
2. Cascading of cutover ways of working for zone and local apps
3. Coach zone and local apps for any QAs in the cutover phase
4. Share cutover ways of working and monitor cutover documentation for zone and local apps
5. Follow up cutover tasks, RAG status, and guarantee execution on time
6. Facilitate the cutover integration between different workstreams
7. Report to management on cutover KPI and alerts if necessary

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 10 years or above hands-on SAP implementation or rollout project experience
3. Good English speaking
4. Good communication skills
